REABLE D Gel is indicated in the treatment of hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), indigestion, heartburn, gastritis, bloating, and flatulence. It may also be prescribed in functional dyspepsia and conditions where acid suppression along with prokinetic and antiflatulent action is beneficial.
Domperidone enhances gastric emptying and intestinal motility by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut, providing relief from nausea, fullness, and reflux.
Magaldrate is an antacid that neutralizes excess stomach acid, reducing heartburn and gastric irritation.
