PRODUCT INTRODUCTION REABLE D GEL

REABLE D Gel is a triple-action formulation designed to provide rapid relief from acidity, bloating, indigestion, and reflux-related discomfort. Domperidone acts as a prokinetic agent, Magaldrate neutralizes excess gastric acid, and Simethicone reduces gas and bloating by breaking down trapped air bubbles in the gut. The combined effect offers fast and long-lasting comfort from common gastrointestinal disturbances.

Indications and clinical use

REABLE D Gel is indicated in the treatment of hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), indigestion, heartburn, gastritis, bloating, and flatulence. It may also be prescribed in functional dyspepsia and conditions where acid suppression along with prokinetic and antiflatulent action is beneficial.

Mechanism of action

  • Domperidone enhances gastric emptying and intestinal motility by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut, providing relief from nausea, fullness, and reflux.

  • Magaldrate is an antacid that neutralizes excess stomach acid, reducing heartburn and gastric irritation.

  • Simethicone is an antiflatulent that breaks up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, relieving bloating and abdominal discomfort.

Adults: 5–10 ml after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by the physician.
Children: Dose to be prescribed by the doctor according to age and weight.
